Tim Whitehurst, President

Tim started working with his father, Earle, after earning a degree in Construction Management from The University of North Florida. He brought with him experience that helped the company to embrace the technology of the new century. 

Tim's daily work entails meeting with customers and managing the day-to-day business, in and out of the office. He enjoys bringing the customers dreams to reality. 

Tim is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and a past board member. In addition, He has chaired the Remodelers Council for several years. Tim is currently active in the National Association of Home Builders Builder 20 Club. He attends many Home Builder Shows to gear up for the latest technology.

Coleen Lieberman, Accounts Manager

Coleen provides our clients personalized and professional attention to the details of their projects as well as keeping them informed about what to expect during each step of their project's development.

Coleen has worked in the design/build remodeling  industry for years and knows the important part communication plays in completing successful projects and keeping the home owner's needs in mind.
